 onal practice of inner growth and spiritual reflection known as Tikun ha
 Nefesh. The particular practice this workshop teaches is grounded in the
  time of the Omer – a 49-day period in between the holidays of Passove
 r and Shavuot in which each day is ritually counted.\n\nNo previous expe
 rience with Kabbalah\, Omer-counting\, or Tarot is needed.
