Words from Past Participants
“Kinhood models a new paradigm of masculinity — embodied, gentle, open‑hearted, vulnerable, loving. It’s a potent salve for a culture that encourages men to be aggressive, competitive, and emotionally shut‑down. The whole retreat felt like a breath of fresh air.”
“The belonging I felt here—it’s helped me loosen my clenching, unclench my teeth and soften. Softened returning into life and the all of the connections I breathe into daily.”
“The Kinhood retreat felt different from what I expected men’s work to look like… It was about building safety… nurturing my wounded parts… belonging… all parts were welcome… deepest processes emerged… from a place of trust… Without having to force things to the surface… I’m pretty amazed. It felt like a new frontier of men’s work and healing.”
Pricing Tiers
We are pleased to share that our retreat is generously subsidized. We offer a three-tiered pricing model to help make this retreat more accessible while still honoring the real costs of creating and holding this space.
$600 – Supported Rate
For those with limited financial means. This rate is offered to help make the retreat accessible to more people.
$900 – Sustaining Rate
This reflects a more accurate cost of the retreat and helps cover expenses. Choose this if it’s within your means.
$1200 – Supporting Rate
This rate is closer to the true cost of the retreat and helps subsidize others who may not be able to pay the full amount. If you are able to give more, your contribution supports greater equity and inclusion.
We ask that you choose the tier that is honestly aligned with your financial capacity. If you have the means, selecting the higher tiers allows us to welcome those who couldn’t otherwise afford to join. This is a model based on trust, community care, and mutual support.
If none of these options work for you, please let us know. We will have limited scholarship or partial work-trade opportunities.
