Join Or HaLev Brooklyn for a Mini Retreat on Saturday, July 18th in partnership with Kane Street Synagogue. All are welcome.
This retreat offers a three-hour opportunity to drop into meditation practice this spring season. A chance to slow down, tune inward, and explore who we are becoming as the weather warms and we prepare for the chapter ahead.
Together, we’ll soften into embodied awareness, engage with Jewish mindfulness teachings, and benefit from lightly guided practice, in community.
About Or HaLev:
Founded in 2011 by Rabbi Dr. James Jacobson-Maisels, Or HaLev teaches contemplative, pluralistic, connective Judaism as a way of life. We offer a taste of Judaism as we know it can be – welcoming, renewing, inspirational – and then work to support our students year-round to integrate this into their lives. Through silent retreats, online courses, and now local city events in NYC, Or HaLev provides access to deep meditation practice through a cross-denominational approach to Judaism.
